- Payments are one-time (no recurring charges or subscriptions).
- Once your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and next steps.
- Your order will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
4. Billing and Invoices
- An official receipt/invoice is automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
- The invoice will show the amount in the currency you paid with, along with your order number, package purchased, date of transaction, and Readhave company details (Poland-based).
- If you need a VAT invoice or a different billing address for business purposes, please contact us at readhave@outlook.com before completing your purchase.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, we recommend trying:
- A different card
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Contacting your bank or card issuer
You can attempt the purchase again. We do not charge any fees for failed transactions.

- Your personal and payment information is handled securely and never shared with third parties except as required for processing the payment.
7. Important Notes
- No refunds or cancellations are possible once the order is completed (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
