1. Our Services
Readhave provides affordable, one-time digital SEO optimization services for websites. We offer three packages:
- Mini Package – Starter SEO Optimization (zł 25)
- Medium Package – Growth SEO Optimization (zł 50)
- Max Package – Premium SEO Optimization (zł 100)
All services are performed remotely and delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped. Detailed descriptions of what is included in each package are available on the product pages.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are the owner or authorized representative of the website you provide.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders require full payment upfront. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in PLN, EUR, or GBP (see our Billing & Payment Policy for full details). Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
4. Delivery and Fulfillment
We deliver all services electronically via email within the timeframes listed in our Delivery Policy. Delivery begins only after you provide your website URL and any required access details.
5. Client Responsibilities
To receive the best possible service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete website information (URL and login credentials if required).
- Grant us temporary access only for the purpose of performing the agreed SEO work.
- Not interfere with or delay the optimization process.
- Keep your contact email active and check it regularly for updates.
We will delete any login credentials immediately after the service is completed.
6. What We Do and Do Not Guarantee
We perform the SEO optimizations described in your chosen package to the best of our ability. However:
- SEO results are not guaranteed. Search engine rankings, traffic, or conversions depend on many external factors (including Google algorithm changes, competition, and your website’s history).
- We do not guarantee #1 rankings, specific traffic increases, or any particular business outcome.
- We provide professional work and recommendations only — final results vary by website.
7. Intellectual Property
All SEO work we perform (reports, optimizations, recommendations) becomes your property upon delivery. You may use it freely for your website. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our work for other websites or third parties without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Provide false information or access to websites you do not own or control.
- Request services that violate the terms of your web host or platform (e.g., spam, black-hat SEO techniques).
- Attempt chargebacks after receiving the delivered service.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation of your order and ban from future purchases.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only available before work begins. Once the order is completed and delivered, no refunds are issued. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Readhave’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost traffic, or business interruption).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the optimizations will meet your expectations or produce any specific results.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Readhave harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
