- You will receive an immediate email confirmation with next steps.
- To begin work, we require your website URL (and, for some packages, temporary access to your site’s backend, such as WordPress admin). Please provide this information promptly to avoid delays.
2. Delivery Timelines
We aim for fast delivery to help you achieve quicker results. All timelines are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Polish public holidays):

- Confirmation of changes made (or clear instructions if you need to apply them yourself).
- Any additional deliverables specific to your chosen package (e.g., meta tags, content suggestions, or basic technical optimizations).
For packages that require site access, we use it only for the agreed SEO work and revoke access immediately after completion. All work is performed remotely from Poland.
4. Delivery Method
- Everything is delivered electronically via email.
- No physical shipping or postage is involved.
- Services are available worldwide (no geographic restrictions).
5. Tracking & Communication
- You will receive status updates by email at key stages (order received, work started, work completed).
- We respond to inquiries within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
6. Delays & What to Do If Delayed
Rare delays can occur due to:
- High order volume
- Incomplete information from the customer
- Technical issues with your website
If your order will be delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised delivery date. You may request a full refund if the delay exceeds 14 days and no work has started.
7. Post-Delivery Support
We include 7 days of email support after delivery to answer questions about the optimizations we performed.

- Delivery times start only after we receive all required information from you.
- This policy applies to standard orders. Custom or enterprise SEO work may have separate agreements.
